Scope of work

Tercia carries out assessments of rural and urban land management issues. We advise local government on the design of land management strategies, as well as on legal and institutional arrangements for public rural and urban land management projects.
Land analysis prior to land restructuring in the framework of infrastructure development is also one of our fields of activity.
We take part in the design of international land administration projects.

Our partners

We carry out land analysis studies with sector specialists as needed, for example in the wine sector or on environmental issues.

Approach

We provide tailored services with intensive follow-up. We are able to provide fully independent advisory services.
Tercia has in-house capacity for geographical information systems. Maps are used both for technical assessments and as a communication tool.
