Scope of work

We take part in project preparation and monitoring teams as specialists in rural development, less-favoured areas, environment, agriculture and tourism.

We participate at all stages of the project management cycle: project concept design, identification, preparation, social assessment, appraisal, supervision, monitoring and evaluation.

Clients and regions

Our consultants have taken part in a large number of projects funded by the World Bank, EuropeAid, UNDP, the French Development Agency and the Global Environment Fund. We have experience in the following countries:

East Asia and Southeast Asia: China, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Philippines and Cambodia.
Mediterranean region: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon.
West Africa: Mali, Burkina Faso, Burundi, South Africa.
The Caribbean: Haiti.

Approach

Our interventions in project design and implementation aim to facilitate objective sharing by project stakeholders. We use project preparation and management tools that ensure stakeholder participation with special attention to the private sector, local government and NGOs.
