Scope of work

Tercia provides support to local area development projects in the rural sector in Southern France. We carry out technical assessments, feasibility studies, design of institutional arrangements and project follow-up.

Our clients are local government as well as private enterprises.

Our partners

We set up multisectoral teams with expert consultants from all project sectors. This includes financial management, institutional management and tourism.

Approach

Our purpose in project design and implementation is to facilitate objective sharing by project stakeholders including administrative bodies, local government, associations, enterprises and communities.

We use project preparation and management tools that ensure stakeholder participation.
